Privacy notice

Toneborne is operated by Sheet Vue Technologies Company Limited. This notice describes the data this early-access service handles.

Account and usage records

We store your name, email address, a password hash, API-key hashes, invoices, credit transactions and request metadata. API keys are displayed once. History records include the key name, endpoint, time, result, character count and processing duration. Your dashboard only shows your account’s records.

Scripts and audio

Scripts travel from the website’s AWS server to our generation worker. The worker uses the speech model to produce audio. Headline detection may send your text to TypeSafe’s Jev service. We keep generation text and audio for seven days in the application, then delete that content while retaining usage metadata. Download anything you need to keep. The underlying speech engine has separate operational logs that may retain job titles or filenames.

Voice samples

Uploaded voice recordings are stored privately for future review and are not cloned automatically. They remain in your library until you delete them. Only upload recordings you have permission to use.

Operational storage

Account and billing records, request metadata and consistent daily database backups are kept for operating the service. Up to seven daily backups are retained; deleted database content may remain in them until they rotate. Uploaded recordings and generated audio are not included in those database backups.

Cookies

We use an essential signed session cookie to keep you logged in and protect forms against cross-site requests. This site does not include advertising or analytics trackers.
